We are seeking a Sales & Marketing Coordinator to join our dynamic team supporting Disney Cruise Line and Walt Disney World. This is a fantastic opportunity to develop your professional skills while working with one of the most iconic brands in the world.
This is a six-month contract and involves working on-site four out of five days each week.
About the Role
You will support the execution of marketing and sales strategies that position Disney destinations at the forefront of consumer and travel trade awareness in Spain. The role involves a mix of B2C and B2B responsibilities, working closely with internal teams and external partners.
Key Responsibilities
Marketing (B2C):
- Assist in developing and implementing annual marketing strategies
- Support direct-to-consumer growth through performance tracking and website updates
- Coordinate digital creative assets and campaign briefings
- Prepare marketing presentations and proposals
- Monitor campaign performance and optimize web content
- Support local partnerships and marketing/PR events
Sales (B2B):
- Provide inside sales support to Sales Managers
- Assist with contract renewals, booking processes, and connectivity projects
- Track campaign results and compile performance reports
- Contribute to trade marketing materials and point-of-sale assets
- Manage product updates and communications
- Help organize sales events including trainings, roadshows, webinars, and fam trips
What We’re Looking For

- Analytical and detail-focused
- Ability to multitask and travel when needed
Qualifications:
- University degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in marketing and sales
- High proficiency in Spanish and English (French is a plus)
- Proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint; Photoshop is a bonus
- Knowledge of the Spanish tourism market is a plus
