At Disney Experiences Technology, our team creates world-class immersive digital experiences for the Company’s premier vacation brands including Disney’s Parks & Resorts worldwide, Disney Cruise Line, Aulani, A Disney Resort & Spa, and Disney Vacation Club. The Disney Experiences Technology team is responsible for the end-to-end digital and physical Guest experience for all technology & digital-led initiatives across the Attractions & Entertainment, Food & Beverage, Resorts & Transportation, and Merchandise lines of business as well as other initiatives including the MyDisneyExperience app and Hey, Disney!
This role sits in the Supplier Partnerships & Ops Technology (SPOT) Vendor Management organization within DX T&D and as a Business Analyst, you will report into a Manager of Tech & Digital Operation & Integration.
In this role, you will work in a dynamic and collaborative environment, handling confidential data. Our team provides services to the larger tech and digital organization. The ideal candidate will possess strong relationship and partnership building acumen, analytical skills, demonstrate excellent collaboration abilities, and effectively engage at various levels within the organization. Furthermore, they should be able to translate data into compelling narratives and operate with minimal day-to-day supervision.
What You’ll Do
Gain comprehensive knowledge of the SPOT Vendor Management function to foster relationships with suppliers and TWDC partners, ensuring collaboration and the achievement of shared objectives.
Participate with Managers and Sr Managers in multiple sessions, quickly summarizing content, and moving forward on next steps for execution achieving established objectives.
Generate comprehensive reports and presentations to support decision-making using precise and relevant data.
Analyze data and information to understand their correlations, creating summaries that articulate the insights in a synthesized manner.
Provides information to support the vendor management function and recommends process improvements when necessary.
Identify, help solution, and test SPOT product enhancements.
Maintain documentation regarding various projects, processes and operations
Manages communications with vendors, partners, and clients to meet business needs.
Required Qualifications & Skills
Minimum of 5 years of experience in data and information analysis, or a similar field, demonstrating exceptional attention to detail and proven analytical acumen.
Demonstrated ability to solve complex problems, with a proven history of addressing challenging issues.
Demonstrated ability to develop deep domain expertise to effectively communicate and influence decisions based on data.
Experience collaborating directly with senior leaders to achieve business objectives.
Possesses a team-centric approach, cultivating robust partnerships across various functions with a high degree of ownership.
Demonstrated ability to strategically and flexibly adapt quickly to the evolving demands of business and technology.
Effective ability to adapt to changes based on leadership feedback.
Capable of managing multiple priorities effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Required Education
Bachelor's degree and/or equivalent work experience
