Job Summary:

At the Disneyland® Resort, the magic often begins long before our Guests arrive, it starts with a conversation.

As a Disney Reservation Center Sales Agent, you will help create magical vacations by providing personalized service and sales support to Guests, travel agents, and business partners planning visits to the Disneyland® Resort. In this role, you will combine exceptional Guest service with strong sales instincts to help match Guests with vacation options that best fit their needs.

Reservation Sales Agents are responsible for handling a high volume of inbound calls while delivering world-class service, building excitement, and guiding Guests through available products and offerings, including Resort Hotels, vacation packages, tickets, and more. Every interaction is an opportunity to create a positive first impression, build confidence, and help Guests begin planning a memorable Disney experience.

This role requires strong communication skills, technical proficiency, attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, structured sales and service environment.

This role is based on-site at the Disney Reservation Sales Center in Anaheim, CA.

Responsibilities:

Disney Reservation Center Sales Agent responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:

  • Handling a high volume of inbound sales and service calls in a fast-paced environment
  • Providing personalized, sales-focused service to Guests, travel agents, and business partners
  • Identifying Guest needs through discovery and recommend Disneyland Resort products, services, and vacation options that align with their plans
  • Supporting revenue generation by confidently presenting options, overcoming objections, and asking for the sale
  • Booking, updating, modifying, and cancelling reservations with a high level of accuracy and detail
  • Navigating multiple systems and resources while maintaining strong call flow and Guest connection
  • Sharing detailed information about Disneyland Resort offerings, including Resort Hotels, ticket options, vacation packages, policies, and procedures
  • Supporting Guests through problem-solving and service recovery when travel-related questions or concerns arise
  • Communicating with internal partners to resolve reservation-related issues as needed
  • Participating in training, product updates, and continuous improvement opportunities
  • Maintaining performance expectations in areas such as Guest service, sales, revenue, efficiency, and quality
  • Representing the Disney brand with professionalism, enthusiasm, and integrity in every interaction

Basic Qualifications:

  • You must be at least 18 years of age to be considered for this role
  • Demonstrated strong Guest service and consultative communication skills
  • Strong verbal, interpersonal, and listening skills
  • Demonstrated ability to build rapport and create positive Guest interactions over the phone
  • Demonstrated computer proficiency, including typing and navigating multiple systems simultaneously
  • Ability to work in a structured, high-volume, performance-driven environment
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to accurately process information in real time
  • Ability to learn and retain a large amount of product, policy, and system knowledge
  • Ability to multitask while maintaining quality, accuracy, and professionalism
  • Flexibility to support operating hours Monday through Sunday, 7:00 AM to 10:00 PM
  • This role is Part Time and requires full availability for any shift, including nights, weekends, and holidays, and the ability to work more than three days per week

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bilingual in Spanish
  • Previous sales experience in a service-oriented or call center environment
  • Strong sales and closing skills, including the ability to overcome objections
  • Experience recommending products or services based on customer needs
  • Comfort confidently asking questions and explaining options to help guide purchasing decisions
  • Ability to analyze and respond to complex Guest needs with care and accuracy
  • Strong technical comfort and ability to learn web-based booking and reservation systems quickly
  • Knowledge of the Disneyland® Resort, including Resort Hotels, ticket products, vacation packages, and Disney terminology
  • Knowledge of the travel industry or travel-related sales and service environments
  • Full availability for any shift, seven (7) days per week, including nights, weekends, and holidays

Additional Information:

SCHEDULE AVAILABILTY
Our Theme Parks and Resort Hotels operate 24 hours a day, 365 days a year and some shifts may start as early as 5:00am while some may end as late as 3:00am, 4:00am or 5:00am. Please note that the principles of seniority are used to schedule all roles.
