- Coordinate theatrical operations, including KDM requests and renewals, distribution processes, and operational support for exhibitors and internal stakeholders.
- Serve as the primary operational contact for the billing team, supporting the timely release of invoicing reports and processing supplier invoices in Coupa/SAP.
- Follow up on B2B screenings, school screenings and cultural centre bookings.
- Balance exhibitor needs with Disney’s commercial objectives, using sound judgement to reach practical solutions and support compliance and contractual follow-up.
- Take ownership of operational issues through to resolution, managing competing priorities, escalating appropriately and keeping relevant stakeholders informed.
Required Qualifications & Skills
- Commercial awareness and an understanding of the fundamentals of sales and customer relationship management; experience in cinema exhibition, studio distribution or the wider entertainment industry would be advantageous but is not essential.
- Fluency in French and good working proficiency in English are required. Knowledge of Dutch would be beneficial but is not essential.
- Strong organisational skills, with the ability to structure work, manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-moving environment.
- Numerical confidence and solid Excel skills, with the ability to analyse ticket sales, operational and financial information accurately.
- Strong attention to detail and data accuracy, with the ability to identify, investigate and resolve discrepancies in reports, bookings and billing information.
- Clear and confident customer and stakeholder communication skills, including the ability to explain commercial considerations, ask effective questions and build trusted relationships.
- A proactive, solution-oriented approach, with the learning agility and sound judgement to anticipate issues, coordinate an effective response and support business continuity.
- Able to work independently, take accountability for outcomes and understand when alignment or escalation is required.
- Maturity, resilience and adaptability, with a calm and structured approach when working under pressure or responding to changing priorities.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office; experience with SAP, Coupa, billing or invoicing processes would be an advantage.
- A collaborative team player who can achieve results both independently and in partnership with colleagues and external stakeholders.
