Job Summary:

The Disney Multiplatform Partnerships team is looking for a well-organized, flexible and enthusiastic Multiplatform Partnerships Associate to join the team. Reporting to the Senior Manager, this person will assist with the development and execution of partnership strategy campaigns that drive growth and reinforce the value of ESPN and Disney’s television Networks; ABC, Disney, ESPN, Freeform, FX, and the National Geographic Channels and studio properties including; Marvel Studios, Lucasfilm, Pixar, Walt Disney Animation Studios, 20th Century Pictures, and Searchlight Pictures.

The Multiplatform Partnerships team leads the development and execution of strategic partnerships that drive acquisition, engagement, value, demand, and new product launches across the Disney Entertainment portfolio (ABC, ACC Network, Disney Channel, Disney Junior, Disney XD, ESPN, ESPN2, ESPN Deportes, ESPNEWS, ESPNU, Freeform, SEC Network). The team identifies strategies and opportunities to expand distribution and elevate promotion of these properties while ensuring alignment with business priorities and maintaining brand integrity. Additionally, the team provides ongoing partnership guidance and supports the creation of campaigns that advance brand objectives and broader Disney Entertainment goals.

Responsibilities:

Distribution Partner Marketing & Brand Representation

  • Serve as the ESPN Distribution Brand Representative, developing content marketing campaigns and creative assets for distribution partners.

  • Identify strategic promotional opportunities and manage partner requests for marketing materials.

  • Communicate network priorities, business impact, and promotional value to internal and external stakeholders.

Campaign & Partnership Execution

  • Support all aspects of brand and partnership campaigns, collaborating with network stakeholders (brand, creative, programming, legal, comms, talent, research, ad sales, etc.).

  • Manage campaign deliverables from briefing through execution, ensuring timely delivery of creative assets.

  • Coordinate content partnerships with cross‑functional teams to ensure alignment with brand strategy, communications timelines, and programming initiatives.

Operational & Administrative Support

  • Schedule meetings, manage office supply orders, and oversee merchandise/premium inventory.

  • Compile campaign summaries, team status reports, and assist with maintaining internal documentation.

Planning, Insights & Presentation Support

  • Assist with developing and presenting brand plans for internal and client-facing meetings.

  • Proactively monitor industry trends, emerging technologies, competitive activity, and distribution platforms to inform marketing strategies.

Budget & Vendor Management

  • Maintain team budgets, including processing invoices, POs, and payments to vendors.

Flexibility & Special Projects

  • Depending on campaign needs, be available to work flexible hours, including evenings, mornings, weekends, and occasional travel.

Basic Qualifications:

  • 1+ years of related marketing or business experience, with a solid understanding of marketing fundamentals, creative evaluation, and budget management.

  • Strong ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects within a high‑profile, high‑volume portfolio.

  • Detail-oriented self-starter with excellent organizational skills and a strong attention to detail

  • Outstanding verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills

  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

  • Knowledge of and interest in the evolving media landscape and media consumption habits

  • Appreciation for the content across the ESPN family of networks

  • Experience using and understanding major social media platforms.

  • Genuine passion for sports, media, and the entertainment industry, with a desire to contribute to business growth in alignment with team goals.

  • Ability to travel as business needs required

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with other office tools: SharePoint, Teams, Google Docs/Forms, Airtable.

  • Experience with Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign.

  • Project Management.

Required Education:

  • Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent.

Preferred Education:

  • Marketing degree preferred.
