How will you contribute to our magical experience?
The Billing Operations Assistant oversees the billing operations for the Direct-to-Consumer area. This role coordinates with other departments to ensure the accuracy of invoices, follows up with vendors on outstanding payments, and resolves billing-related issues.
The Billing Operations Assistant will be responsible for:
- Supervise billing and payments operations.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure billing accuracy.
- Correspond with vendors, answer questions, and resolve issues.
- Follow up on outstanding payments.
- Maintain and update reports.
- Follow up contracts with legal and finance departments.
- Create and manage client accounts.
- Hold weekly status meetings with the media team.
- Perform other administrative tasks as assigned.
What we need from you to be part of this story:
- Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or related field as a preference.
- At least 2 years of proven work experience as Billing / PTP or similar role (developed in Digital, Media, DTC related - preferred).
- Intermediate level of English.
- SAP – Intermediate (is a plus).
- Ability to organize and coordinate multiple tasks.
- Capacity to work under strict deadlines and prioritize effectively.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (verbal & written).
- Ability to work independently or in teams.
- Strong problem-solving and numerical abilities.
- Time management skills, self-motivated, proactive, and entrepreneurial.
