How will you contribute to our magical experience?
Contributes to the planning and execution of integrated marketing campaigns for theatrical and Disney+ releases across Latin America. Partners with regional teams to ensure cohesive strategies and impactful local execution, particularly in key markets like Argentina, Mexico, and Brazil. Supports creative development, campaign coordination, and performance tracking, helping bring Disney’s stories to audiences through seamless collaboration and strategic alignment.
The Coordinator, Marketing will be responsible for:
- Support the supervisor in the development and execution of 360° marketing campaigns for theatrical and Disney+.
- Coordinate movie launch campaigns across Argentina and the broader LATAM region for both theatrical and streaming releases.
- Consolidate and manage regional launch materials, maintaining daily communication with LATAM markets, with a focus on Mexico and Brazil.
- Operate local campaigns in Argentina, ensuring timely delivery and implementation.
- Act as a point of contact for internal departments involved in campaign execution (e.g. PR, Media, Creative, Digital).
- Support the development of differentiated campaign ideas for each title and label. Generate weekly campaign update reports, monitor creative deliverables, and ensure effective coordination across teams. Assist in the preparation of internal campaign presentations for local and U.S. stakeholders.
- Contribute to the design of the overall marketing campaign strategy.
- Manage vendor onboarding processes and PO creation/follow-up.
- Support the planning and execution of special activations and events.
- Ensure delivery and quality control of creative assets for each campaign.
