The Walt Disney Company (TWDC) is looking for a Learning Delivery Intern to join the Talent & Growth Center of Excellence. This team is a highly visible group that plays an integral role in onboarding, developing, and shaping experiences for TWDC employees at all levels!

This internship is a full-time, six-month commitment in Burbank, CA from January 2026 - June 2026.

What You Will Do:

  • Coordinate logistics for high-impact learning sessions, including monitoring enrollments, managing participant communications, and supporting virtual and in-person experiences

  • Research, implement, and use innovative and emerging technology and AI tools to streamline workflows and boost team efficiency

  • Provide administrative support for program offerings and maintain accurate class data in TWDC’s Learning Management System

  • Leverage data to shape the story of our experiences to our stakeholders and inform forward-thinking best practices

  • Travel locally between Burbank and Glendale to help set up, engage with participants, and tear down in-person learning experiences

Required Qualifications & Skills:

  • Demonstrated professionalism and attention to detail in both written and verbal communication, effortlessly interacting with all levels of employees.

  • Strong data and project management skills, with a passion for enhancing operational practices and workflows

  • Experience with Microsoft Office Suite, with intermediate Word and Excel knowledge (VLOOKUPS, pivot tables)

  • Curiosity and excitement about AI and automation tools to boost team productivity

  • Comfortable working in both PC and Mac environments

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Interest in developing skills in facilitation, instructional design, and data analysis

  • Thrive on a team that promotes community by participating in discussions and activities that foster an engaging culture

  • Familiar with Airtable Software and/or Salesforce

  • A personal vehicle is highly recommended for travelling to local events.

Education

  • Junior or Senior preferred

  • Major or previous coursework Communications, Project Management, Human Resources, Learning Psychology, Project Management, Communications or related field

Eligibility Requirements & Program Information

Candidates for this opportunity MUST meet all of the below requirements:

  • Be enrolled in an accredited college/university pursuing a degree taking at least one class at time of application posting OR currently participating in a Disney College Program or Disney Internship​

  • Be at least 18 years of age​

  • Possess unrestricted work authorization​

  • Have not completed one year of continual employment on a Disney internship or Disney College Program

Additional Information: 

  • Candidates must be available to work full-time hours (approximately 40 hours per week) for the duration of the internship, during normal business hours.

  • This internship is an on-site position, but also requires a working, reliable internet connection as well as a quiet, dedicated workspace for the days you may work from home.

  • Able to provide your own housing and reliable transportation for the duration of the internship program

The pay rate for this role in California is $22.50 per hour. Select benefits may be provided as part of the compensation package, such as medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the level and position offered.
