The Enterprise Sourcing team is a strategic partner across the company, driving excellence in stakeholder collaboration, vendor management, and sourcing innovation. We work closely with leaders across Disney Entertainment, ESPN, and Disney Experiences—including brands like Pixar, Marvel, Lucasfilm, Searchlight, Disney+, Hulu, ABC, FX, and more—to ensure initiatives are supported by best-in-class sourcing strategies.

We’re looking for a strategic and experienced Senior Manager to help lead our Marketing Sourcing team. This position blends long-term planning with day-to-day leadership and requires a strong ability to inspire and develop talent, foster alignment across stakeholder groups, and drive results in a fast-paced, creative environment. Success also depends on a solid understanding of entertainment marketing, enabling you to navigate category-specific nuances and deliver sourcing strategies that support complex, high-visibility initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead with Purpose: Manage and mentor a high-performing team of sourcing professionals, fostering a culture of innovation, accountability, and continuous development.
  • Strategic Planning: Partner with the Director to shape and execute a dynamic 3-year sourcing plan aligned with enterprise objectives and evolving market conditions.
  • Category Leadership: Lead sourcing strategy for select Marketing categories and provide strategic oversight across the broader Marketing portfolio.
  • Stakeholder Partnership: Collaborate closely with Marketing and Finance leaders to understand business needs and deliver customized, high-impact sourcing solutions.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Promote alignment across teams and unlock enterprise-wide value through creative sourcing models and strategic vendor partnerships.
  • Operational Excellence: Identify and implement initiatives that enhance cost efficiency, streamline processes, and mitigate risk across all supported categories.
  • Vendor Management: Cultivate and manage strategic vendor relationships that support long-term business goals and performance standards.
  • Market Intelligence: Stay ahead of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to inform sourcing decisions and fuel innovation.
  • Thought Leadership: Serve as a trusted advisor and strategic voice within the Enterprise Sourcing organization and the broader Marketing ecosystem.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field; MBA or advanced degree strongly preferred.
  • 8+ years of experience in Marketing Sourcing, Strategic Sourcing, or related field. Entertainment marketing experience strongly preferred.
  • Proven success in leading teams, developing talent, and building a high-performance culture.
  • Mastery of the strategic sourcing lifecycle—from category strategy and vendor selection to negotiation and contract execution.
  • Exceptional stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate across all levels of the organization.
  • Strong project management capabilities and a track record of delivering results in complex, fast-paced environments.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights and strategic recommendations.
  • Highly organized, customer-focused, and adept at managing multiple priorities.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel and other analytical tools; experience with sourcing platforms and procurement systems is a plus.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present ideas clearly and persuasively.


The hiring range for this position in California is $168,200.00 to $205,400.00 per year. The base pay actually offered will take into account internal equity and also may vary depending on the candidate’s geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors. A bonus and/or long-term incentive units may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to the full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the level and position offered.
