The Disney Signature Experience Rotational Program is a full-time, entry-level program designed to provide recent college graduates with a hands-on learning experience with Disney Vacation Club (DVC), Disney Cruise Line (DCL), Commercial Strategy, or Adventures by Disney & National Geographic Expeditions (A&E). Participants will be able to experience this rotational program, rotating to 2-3 different positions over 18 months.

The DSE Pricing & Revenue Management Rotational Associate will be an in-office role located in Celebration, FL. The Rotational Associate will gain experience within DCL, A&E, DVC, Aulani and more in areas such as pricing, revenue, promotions, data & insights (storytelling) and larger initiatives.

We are currently seeking undergraduate seniors or final year graduate students available for full-time employment beginning June 2026.

You Will Do/Responsibilities:

  • Tackle relevant projects

  • Participate in a robust development curriculum

  • Develop critical technical and leadership skills

  • Receive continued mentorship from peers and senior leaders

  • Ad hoc pricing & revenue project execution

  • Review of current and future promotions including coordinating data insights for booking trends and presenting findings to leadership.

  • Exposure to DSE Commercial strategy, planning, creative and overall initiatives

  • Partnering on pricing for DVC & A&E including pricing of points and other dynamic pricing structures

  • Upon completion of the program, successful participants may be placed in a role in alignment with their development, setting them up for future opportunities 

You Will Have/Required Qualifications: 

  • 1+ years of experience (including internships) financial, commercial, or analytical fields such as Pricing, Revenue Management, Finance, Forecasting & Planning or Marketing Analytics

  • Experience using PowerPoint, Excel (advanced) and performing data analysis including turning raw data into consumable and actionable insights. Experience creating decks in PowerPoint with the ability to build clear and concise stories (Storytelling using data)

  • Proven interpersonal skills and ability to work both independently and in a collaborative team environment 

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.

  • Keen organizational skills and attention to detail. Interest in continuing career within Pricing & Revenue.  

  • Problem-solving capability and strong interest in reading and interpreting data. Adept at anticipating, identifying, and resolving issues.

  • Project Management experience with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously

  • Experience working with Microsoft products including Office – Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Teams

Preferred Qualifications: 

  • Practical or university/classes within Business, Finance, Marketing Analytics, Data, & Travel/Tourism, etc.  

  • Previous intern experience in fields such as Pricing (dynamic), Revenue Management, Forecasting & Planning, or Finance for tourism, hotel/resorts or time share industries

  • Proactive in uncovering trends outside the initial request or project scope via data exploration

  • Experience using Tableau and SQL as well as other data visualization tools. 

  • Ability to connect and build positive relationships with partners at all levels across the organization.

  • Familiarity with Adventures by Disney and National Geographic Expeditions, Disney Vacation Club and Disney Cruise Line products and business models

Required Education: 

  • Bachelor's or Master’s degree (completed between Summer 2025-Summer 2026)
