WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR
Reporting to the SVP, DCP Global Marketing, we are seeking a visionary Director, DCP Marketing Operations. • Operational Excellence: Introduce tools, workflows, and dashboards that create visibility into workstreams and empower data-driven decision-making.
• Collaboration & Culture: Foster a culture of positivity and trust, enabling teams to do their best work together.
• Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities to streamline, simplify, and optimize processes while fueling creativity and innovation.
WHO YOU’LL WORK WITH
As Director, you’ll be a key leader within Disney Consumer Products, partnering closely with Marketing, Creative, Franchise, and Product teams. You’ll also partner with regional leaders to ensure planning processes are inclusive, collaborative, and enable markets to bring global strategies to life in authentic ways.
WHAT YOU BRING
• 10+ years of professional experience in project management, operations, or marketing program management.
• Expertise in building and managing large, cross-functional program plans.
• Strong track record of designing and implementing process improvements that drive efficiency and impact.
• Exceptional collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to inspire teams and foster trust across functions.
• Experience working in a complex, matrixed organization, balancing multiple priorities.
• Proficiency with program management tools, workflows, and reporting dashboards.
• Strategic thinker who can connect big-picture brand goals with operational execution.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
This role is more than operations — it’s about shaping the way we work, think, and create. By building inclusive systems that bring every team and region along for the journey, you’ll help Disney Consumer Products deliver meaningful, multi-season brand experiences that bring Disney, Marvel, Star Wars, and Pixar to life for millions of fans around the globe.
