The Disney Decision Science + Integration (DDSI) team builds advanced analytics products that power decision-making across The Walt Disney Company—including Disney Experiences, Disney Entertainment, ESPN, and Corporate Finance. By combining data science, optimization, and technology, DDSI creates scalable tools that help teams unlock insights, improve performance, and deliver value to Guests, Cast Members, and Shareholders.

As a Graduate Associate on the Decision Science Products (DSP) team, you’ll help shape the future of Disney’s data-driven products. You’ll work alongside decision scientists, data engineers, and product managers to build tools that support Resorts Revenue Management within Disney Experiences (DX). This is a hands-on opportunity to contribute to real-world solutions that impact millions of Guests—while learning how analytics, storytelling, and technology come together in one of the world’s most beloved brands.

What You Will Do

As a Graduate Associate, you will make an impact by:

  • Contributing to the design and enhancement of decision support and pricing tools for Resorts Revenue Management.

  • Assisting in developing Tableau dashboards and optimizing data sources to support business decision-making and improve visualization performance.

  • Supporting the creation of automated data validation processes and working with data partners to ensure accuracy and resolve issues.

  • Performing data extraction and analysis to explore business questions, identify opportunities, and help automate routine processes.

  • Preparing and delivering clear, engaging presentations that communicate complex analytics and product insights to stakeholders.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Python and SQL for data analysis and automation

  • Familiarity with Tableau for building data visualizations and automating alerts

  • Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail

  • Understanding of database structures and data validation techniques

  • Ability to communicate technical findings clearly and collaborate with business stakeholders, data engineers, and decision scientists

  • Interest or foundational knowledge in forecasting, optimization, and/or decision science methods

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a dynamic environment and adapt to evolving priorities

Preferred Qualifications & Skills

  • Experience in hospitality and/or resort operations

  • Knowledge of revenue and yield management

  • Experience developing, troubleshooting, and scheduling Python code

  • Able to work autonomously and take initiative in a fast-paced setting

  • Experience supporting product development through data-driven insights

  • Familiarity with GitLab for version control and collaborative development

  • Familiarity with tools like JIRA or Confluence

Education

Currently enrolled as a Graduate level student pursuing a graduate level degree in an analytical field including Computer Science, Computer Programming, Statistics, Mathematics, Industrial Engineering, or other related quantitative field at an accredited college or university

Eligibility Requirements & Program Information

Candidates for this opportunity MUST meet all the below requirements:

  • Be enrolled in an accredited college/university taking at least one class in the semester/quarter (spring/fall) prior to participation in the internship program OR currently participating in a Disney College Program or Disney Internship

  • Current Disney Interns, College, International, or Culinary Program Participants: You may only work for ONE consecutive year (12 months) in any combination of an internship and/or program.

  • Be at least 18 years of age

  • Possess unrestricted work authorization

Additional Information

  • The approximate dates of this position are January 2026 through June 2026

  • Able to provide/have reliable transportation to/from work

  • Fully available from Monday-Friday for the duration of the position, 40 hours per week
