Job Summary:

Are you passionate about television and storytelling? Do you thrive in a fast-paced, detail-oriented environment where creativity meets precision? We are looking for a TV Scheduler to join our team and help shape the viewing experience for audiences across Portugal.
 

About the Role

As part of the Programming team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality, final linear TV schedules for our Entertainment and Factual channels in Portugal. You will work closely with internal departments and external stakeholders to ensure smooth execution, compliance with local regulations, and alignment with strategic goals.
 

Key Responsibilities

  • Create and deliver final TV schedules in WhatsON, including secondary events and on-air elements
  • Coordinate with Ad Sales, Media Planning, Creative, Technical, and Programming teams
  • Monitor daily output and ensure promo messaging is accurate and timely
  • Interpret audience data and competitor insights to suggest programming improvements
  • Support campaign execution across platforms and ensure sponsor commitments are fulfilled
  • Contribute to creative brainstorming and continuous improvement of scheduling processes
     

What We’re Looking For

  • Proactive and detail-oriented, with the ability to work under pressure
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work both independently and in a team
  • Analytical and creative mindset with a strong interest in media and content
     

Qualifications and Experience

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in TV Scheduling, Content Programming, or Media Planning
  • Degree in Communications, Media Studies, or a related field
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office; WhatsON experience is a plus
  • Fluent in English; Spanish is a bonus
  • Knowledge of entertainment programming and media planning is an advantage
