Ready to make magic? We’re hiring for our 12-month undergraduate placement schemes.

We have multiple internships available across different teams across Disney Consumer Products (DCP). By applying for this opportunity, you will be considered for one of the below areas. If you have a particular preference, please note this in your cover letter.

Hardlines Marketing & Media Strategy

Interns in this area will work with hardline licensee partners such as LEGO, Mattel, Tonies, Simba, Just Play or Ravensburger. You will gain insights into the marketing function as well as the DCP business area, and assist in planning, coordinating and activating products across TV, online and social platforms. You will be responsible for assisting the team with creating marketing decks to provide activity overviews and post campaign analysis, conducting competitor research across the hardline industry to identify the latest trends and insights.

Brand Marketing

Supporting the delivery of high-profile brand campaigns and initiative across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa (EMEA), gaining hands-on experience in marketing operations. The role will offer exposure across the marketing function and wider business, working with some of the world’s most loved brands across retail, TV, online, and social media. You’ll assist in campaign planning and activation, liaise with internal and external partners, manage marketing admin processes, and contribute to team communications and reporting.

Brand Commercialisation

As an intern within our Brand Commercialisation Team, you will work across either the Disney and Pixar brands or Marvel, 20th Century Studios and Lucasfilm brands. You will be responsible for assisting the team in delivering regional (EMEA) strategies to maximise revenue and grow brand engagement for all audiences. You will gain hands-on experience in commercial brand strategy, brand health analysis, and partner pitching. This opportunity would suit a detail-oriented, analytical individual with a curiosity for the financial and consumer data insights that underpin our Brand Commercialisation strategies.

Games

Support global launches of PC, Console and Mobile video games from key TWDC gaming partners with a focus on the EMEA region. Partnering with internal teams to identify synergy opportunities to amplify key beats whilst supporting approvals of partner’s marketing efforts including influencer and creator content, social assets, and in person events.  In a fast-moving, dynamic environment you will develop skills in attention to detail, organisation and communication.

UK Retail Sales and Marketing

Gaining exposure within the UK Retail Team which forms part of Disney Consumer Products. You will work with a range of UK retailers from grocery to e-commerce where you will support the activation of commercial and marketing plans across all the franchises and product categories associated with The Walt Disney Company.

This is an office-based internship. 4 days working in the Hammersmith, London office with 1 day working from home (Monday or Friday).

Eligibility

  • Must be a second-year undergraduate student on a placement year course returning to study in Autumn 2027

  • Must have the right to work in the UK already in place

  • Available to start working full time from June 2026

  • Interested in the area you are applying for, whether this is through your studies, experiences, extracurricular activities or a general interest
