At The Walt Disney Company, our people are at the heart of everything we do. We're looking for a Senior Recruiter to join our EMEA Talent Connection Centre of Excellence, partnering with business leaders to attract, engage and hire outstanding talent across the region.

If you have experience managing complex, international hiring in a corporate, media or entertainment environment, we'd love to hear from you!

This role is a 12 month fixed term contract, working four days a week in our Hammersmith office, plus a Monday or a Friday working from home.

As a Senior Recruiter, you will manage end-to-end recruitment across our Disney businesses in EMEA, working closely with hiring leaders and HR partners to identify and attract high-quality talent. This is a fantastic opportunity to influence hiring strategies, build strong talent pipelines and help shape the future of our workforce.

Key Responsibilities

  • Leading the full recruitment lifecycle from briefing to offer and onboarding.
  • Building inclusive and diverse talent pipelines through proactive sourcing, networking and market engagement.
  • Partnering with hiring managers to deliver an excellent candidate and stakeholder experience.
  • Providing market insights and recruitment expertise to inform and influence hiring decisions.
  • Leveraging sourcing tools, market intelligence and recruitment data to drive successful outcomes.
  • Championing Disney's employer brand and supporting talent attraction initiatives across EMEA.
  • Ensuring recruitment processes are compliant, efficient and continuously improving.

What You Will Bring

  • Proven experience delivering end-to-end recruitment within a complex, multinational organisation. Experience recruiting across multiple countries or regions will be highly beneficial, as this role supports several EMEA markets.
  • Strong stakeholder management and consulting skills, with the ability to build trusted relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels, including senior leaders.
  • Expertise in direct sourcing, talent pipelining and candidate engagement, using in-house, AI and other tools as appropriate.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain accurate and up-to-date recruitment records.
  • A data-driven approach, using insights and market information to inform recruitment decisions.
  • A passion for delivering exceptional candidate experiences and inclusive hiring practices.
  • Fluency in business English is essential. Additional language skills would be welcomed and may support success across our diverse EMEA markets.

Why Join Disney?

This role offers the opportunity to help shape the future workforce of one of the world's most recognised brands. You'll work alongside talented colleagues across EMEA, influence strategic hiring decisions and play a key role in attracting the talent that brings Disney's stories, experiences and innovation to life.

You’ll join a team grounded in our Disney values — acting with Integrity, welcoming everyone through Inclusion, embracing boundless Creativity, working together through Collaboration and caring deeply for our Community. These values shape how we work and how we support one another every day.

The Perks

  • 25 days annual leave
