Job Summary:

Are you a creative powerhouse with a passion for storytelling and operational excellence? Disney+ is looking for a Creative Operations Manager to join our dynamic Brand Marketing team and help shape the future of entertainment across Europe and Africa.

This position is a Fix Term Contract and will be based 4 days a week at the office.

About the Role

As Creative Operations Manager, you’ll be at the heart of campaign creation and delivery—leading a talented creative team in Spain and collaborating closely with marketing, content, and brand teams. You’ll manage workflows, streamline approvals, and ensure our creative output is as magical as the stories we tell.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the day-to-day operations of the Creative Team in Spain
  • Manage brand marketing campaigns across ATL, social, and internal synergy
  • Act as the key liaison between brief owners, creatives, and approvers
  • Oversee timelines, asset sourcing, and production pipelines
  • Track creative approvals and ensure smooth communication across teams
  • Support production processes and step in when needed

What We’re Looking For

  • 5+ years in media, entertainment, or creative production
  • Experience in SVOD, broadcast, or digital/creative agencies
  • Strong stakeholder management, especially at executive level
  • Proficiency in Mac & PC, Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere, Photoshop, After Effects)
  • Solid understanding of video, audio, and print formats
