Job Summary:

About the Role:
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Non-Linear Programming Coordinator to join our Disney Junior team. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering non-linear schedules, plans, and EPGs for Disney Junior UK and Italy across multiple formats (Excel, WON, and others), ensuring alignment with brand guidelines, strategy, and agreed timelines.
 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver non-linear content planning for Disney Junior UK and Italy in Excel and WON based on approved plans.
  • Prepare monthly Excel grids and WON schedules.
  • Upload EPGs and TV guides, manage metadata, and coordinate language tracking documents to meet transmission deadlines.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date documents and databases (roll-outs, metadata, historical planning).
  • Analyze non-linear traffic metrics and competitor data to suggest programming tactics and improvements.
  • Stay informed about marketplace and competitor activity, focusing on non-linear services.
  • Communicate effectively with team members and managers to ensure timely delivery of plans and schedules.
  • Share schedule information across the organization as needed.
  • Contribute creative ideas for improving plans and processes.
  • Coordinate with technical teams to ensure smooth broadcast and delivery of non-linear plans.

Experience & Qualifications:

  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in programming or TV media.
  • Kids programming experience and audience analysis is a plus.
  • Degree in Communications or similar field.
  • Knowledge of the media market, especially kids’ environment.
  • Familiarity with WON broadcasting software and technical expertise relevant to the role.
  • Fluent in English and Spanish.
  • Audience analysis experience is an advantage.
