トレーニープログラム概要： 

  • 最長6カ月間の実務を通じて、技術的・専門的なスキルの強化・習得 

  • 多様なバックグラウンドを持つディズニーキャストやプロフェッショナルと働く機会 

  • チームによるサポートと指導 

 

応募資格：  

  • 大学、大学院に在学中の方　 

  • 週20時間以内でトレーニープログラムに参加できる方 

  • エンターテイメントビジネスに興味、関心がある方 

  • 実習を通じて得た機密情報に対して守秘義務を守れる方 

  • 当トレーニープログラムの内容を、無断でインターネットその他（Facebook, Twitter等）を通じて、不特定多数の第三者に対して情報提供しないことに同意頂ける方 

  • 言語：日本語（母国語レベル）、英語

ジョブ・サマリー:   

  • デスクトップリサーチによるビジネスニーズに基づいたインサイトの提供 

  • 定量・定性データの収集と、明確で実行可能なインサイトの抽出 

  • 複数の事業部門と連携した戦略・施策の立案 

 

必須条件: 

  • メディア・エンターテインメント業界への情熱、コンテンツへの関心 

  • 問題解決能力 

  • ステークホルダーやチームメンバーとの信頼性のあるコミュニケーション 

  • 英語でのPowerPoint資料作成能力（口頭でのコミュニケーションもできれば尚可） 

  • データ分析（例：データプレゼンテーション、グラフ、エクセル等） 

  • 日本語と英語の能力 

  • 仕事に対する責任感が持てる方 

  • 迅速に学ぶことができる方 

  • 協調性のある方 

  • コミュニケーション能力の高いチームプレーヤー
