ジョブ・サマリー:
ディズニーストア(全国44店舗＋ディズニー公式オンラインストア「Disneystore.jp」)にてディズニーの世界観に没入できる、ディズニーブランドを魅力的に体現する売り場づくりを担当頂きます。
ディズニーストアブランディングに向け、ストアで取り扱っている豊富な商品ラインアップを軸に消費者ニーズやトレンドに寄り添った、魅力ある店舗プレゼンテーション、およびオンラインストアでのコンテンツマネージメントを担当頂きます。
職務内容:
ディズニーストアのビジネス成長戦略に基づくVisual Merchandising Strategyの策定、実施
Strategy & Direction – オンライン
・商品発売時のセールスパワーを最大化するためのオンラインサイト（eCommerce）ディレクション、特集ページの企画、制作
・商品詳細ページ、オンラインサイトコンテンツ、商品画像の制作
・コンテンツ制作カレンダーの年間/月間計画作成、管理
・オンラインサイトにおけるVisual Presentation最適化のためのアウトソーイング起用企画、運営
必須条件:
・Webコンテンツディレクション、デザイン経験
・プロジェクトマネジメント経験、高いコミュニケーションスキル
・ビジネス目標を達成するために、リーダーシップを持って自発的に考え、行動できること
・社内外の多様なステークホルダーに対し、円滑・効果的なコミュニケーションを取れること
・母国語レベルの日本語
・(尚可)ビジネスにおいて英語を使用したコミュニケーションの経験
