You will bring structure, facilitate the flow of information and help strengthen the quality and impact of commercial presentations and conversations.
You will join a team guided by the Disney values: acting with integrity, welcoming everyone with an inclusive spirit, unleashing boundless creativity, moving forward together through collaboration, and showing genuine care for our community. These values shape how we work and support one another every day.
This role is based in our Paris office, with four days per week on site and the option to work remotely on either Monday or Friday.

- Gather, analyse and synthesise data, research, sector trends and market information to identify the most relevant insights for commercial conversations.
- Understand the sectors, challenges and priorities of clients and prospects, then turn complex information into clear, concise and commercially useful messages, recommendations and sales arguments.
- Develop client-focused storytelling that highlights Disney+ advertising solutions and relevant opportunities across The Walt Disney Company ecosystem
- Use existing local and regional resources, presentations and best practices, adapting them to the needs of sales teams and the specific requirements of the French market.
- Collaborate proactively with Sales, Marketing, Research, Operations and regional teams to gather, centralise and share the necessary information, particularly for key commercial moments during the year, such as the autumn trading period and the annual terms and conditions.
- Design, implement and improve processes for collecting, organising and making information and materials available, taking account of feedback and requirements from sales and support teams.
- Explore the use of technology and artificial intelligence tools, including Copilot, to improve research, presentation preparation, information processing and team efficiency.
Required Qualifications and Skills
- Higher education qualification or equivalent professional experience.
- Relevant experience in media and advertising, for example within an advertising sales house, media agency, television company, digital media, BVOD, ad tech, or a Sales Enablement or commercial support function.
- Good understanding of the French advertising ecosystem, particularly television advertising, BVOD, digital video and cross-media environments, together with the ability to understand an advertising proposition and identify its most relevant selling points.
- Experience supporting sales teams, preparing presentations or pitches, and adapting materials to different clients, sectors and commercial needs.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to use and synthesise quantitative and qualitative data, research, sector trends and market information, turning them into clear, structured and commercially useful messages.
- Strong presentation and storytelling skills and proficiency in Microsoft tools, particularly PowerPoint, with the ability to create materials that address genuine commercial needs.
- Ability to collaborate proactively with local and international teams, structure processes and work autonomously in a newly created role and an evolving environment.
- A curious, agile, collaborative and solutions-oriented mindset, an interest in artificial intelligence tools such as Copilot, and professional fluency in French and English.
