Job Summary:

Wherever you are in the amazing world of Disney, you are contributing to the stories of our iconic brands, recognised by audiences everywhere for entertainment, information and inspiration. Innovation, imagination and inclusion are at the core of Disney, defining the experience that we deliver as well as providing the foundation of our success. The scope of our business, combined with global growth and collaboration result in an inclusive employee experience characterised by continuous learning, development and achievement.

Ready to bring a little magic to your marketing career? We're on the hunt for a Marketing Executive to join our team supporting Disney’s Consumer Products campaigns across Australia and New Zealand. You’ll work closely with our Marketing Managers to help plan, execute, and deliver campaigns that sparkle—coordinating assets, wrangling timelines, and keeping everything running smoother than a Pixar plot twist.

Our ideal candidate is a confident communicator who thrives on collaboration but isn’t afraid to take the reins solo when needed. They’re a self-starter with razor-sharp organisational skills and a talent for juggling multiple priorities across teams and timelines. With a background in brand marketing, licensing, or retail, you bring both strategic thinking and hands-on know-how to every project. Above all, you’re a team player with a can-do attitude—ready to dive into the fast-paced world of Disney and help make every campaign unforgettable.

This is a 12 month contract.

If you are an external candidate, please note only applicants who have the unrestricted right to work in Australia/New Zealand will be considered for this role. For Disney Cast Members, please contact our Recruitment team directly to apply.

Your key responsibilities will include, but will not be limited to:

  • Execute the planning, rollout, and day-to-day coordination of marketing campaigns across the ANZ region, ensuring timelines are met, assets are delivered, and projects stay on track from concept to completion
  • Act as a key liaison for franchise and licensee partners, facilitating brand approvals and ensuring all marketing materials align with Disney’s standards and guidelines
  • Build strong relationships across teams, agencies, and partners—communicating effectively to keep everyone aligned, informed, and engaged throughout campaign lifecycles
  • Craft compelling presentations and decks that showcase campaign strategies, performance insights, and creative concepts for internal reviews and external pitches
  • Assist with budget tracking, invoicing, and reporting to ensure financial accuracy and operational efficiency across all marketing activities
  • Provide proactive support to the broader marketing team, contributing to a collaborative and high-performing environment with a positive, solutions-focused attitude

To be successful in this role, you will hold:

  • Relevant tertiary qualification in marketing or a related field
  • 2–4 years of hands-on marketing experience
  • Background in brand, licensing, product, or retail marketing highly valued
  • Strong project management capabilities with a knack for multitasking
  • Solid financial acumen and budget handling experience
