El Designer, Production ESPN se integrará al equipo de Diseño Multimedia para asesorar, resolver y ejecutar cualquier necesidad relacionada con la creación, manipulación y adaptación de contenido gráfico para video, apoyando en producciones clave previo y durante el Mundial de Futbol 2026.
The Designer, Production ESPN will be responsible for:
Diseño y producción de gráficos para transmisión:
- Crear, adaptar y optimizar elementos gráficos para programas en vivo, preproducción y postproducción.
- Garantizar la correcta integración de los gráficos en los flujos de producción televisiva y digital.
Dominio de herramientas y software profesional:
- Adobe Photoshop: Manipulación, creación y retoque fotográfico.
- Adobe Illustrator: Ilustración y diseño de gráficos vectoriales.
- Adobe After Effects: Creación de motion graphics y efectos especiales.
- Cinema 4D: Modelado y animación de gráficos en 3D.
- Vizrt Artist: Desarrollo de gráficos para transmisión en vivo (Broadcast).
Animación y entornos avanzados:
- Creación y animación en entornos 2D, 3D y virtuales.
- Innovación en procesos y técnicas para mejorar la calidad visual y la eficiencia del trabajo.
Colaboración y asesoría técnica:
- Brindar soporte y soluciones creativas a productores y equipos técnicos.
- Asegurar que los gráficos cumplan con los estándares de ESPN y las necesidades del control de producción.
What we need from you to be part of this story:
Requisitos indispensables:
- Licenciatura en Diseño Gráfico, Comunicación Visual o áreas afines.
- Dominio de Adobe Suite (After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator).
- Dominio del diseño gráfico en plataformas Windows y Mac.
- Creatividad, atención al detalle y capacidad para resolver problemas en tiempo real.
- Trabajo colaborativo y comunicación efectiva en equipos multidisciplinarios.
- Nivel de Inglés básico (lectura y comprensión de instrucciones).
- Disponibilidad para rotar turnos entre semana y trabajar en horarios según las asignaciones requeridas por la producción, en modalidad 100% presencial en Tlalpan, CDMX
Requisitos deseables:
- Mínimo 2 años de experiencia en roles similares, preferentemente en Producción televisiva, medios audiovisuales y todo lo relacionado con broadcast.
- Conocimiento del flujo operativo y logístico de producción televisiva desde cabina de control.
- Manejo básico o avanzado de equipos profesionales de broadcast (generadores de caracteres, switchers de video) y adaptación de contenido multimedia a formatos específicos de transmisión.
- Manejo de Cinema 4D y Vizrt Artist.
- Conocimiento de software de edición de video no lineal es un plus
