How will you contribute to our magical experience?

The Supervisor, Global Product Creative Operations (Project Management Focus) will join the team to support the day-to-day operations of the Creative Marketing & Retail teams and special projects, as well as supporting the Creative Design team in their processes.

This role also needs someone that collaborates with the rest of the Operations team to support financial processes of the Creative team, Manage the project management tools (Monday.com, Workfront, etc.), create and improve workflows, analyze and improve existing processes, design and moderate Team Retrospectives.

The Supervisor, Global Product Creative Operations (Project Management Focus) will be responsible for:

  • Acting as a Project Manager, leading the department’s special projects and Supersaver initiatives.
  • Managing the team’s work tools, including understanding environments, configurations, reports, analysis, and training.
  • Budget control, purchase order (PO) submissions, and vendor contract management.
  • Implementing team-building tools, retrospectives, post-mortems, and communication strategies to enhance collaboration and the WOW factor across teams.

What we need from you to be part of this story:

  • 6–8 years of experience in Project Management, preferred in Creative agencies, entertainment, product development. Experience with Agile frameworks is a plus.
  • Proven ability to lead teams and manage stakeholders across regions.
  • Technical expertise: Monday.com / project management tools/ Microsoft office.
  • Advanced level of English. Portuguese is a plus.
  • Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Design, Communications or related fields.
