As part of Talent Acquisition Marketing Team, you will be part of a team of creative individuals working with the recruitment organization to attract and engage top talent to a Company known for creating magical experiences for people of all ages. What You Will Do:

The Account Management Intern will act as the executor of integrated recruitment marketing campaigns in support of The Walt Disney Company globally.  This person organizes and activates the TWDC employment brand initiatives under the direction of the Marketing Account Manager. In partnership with a Client Services team, this person will ensure proper and appropriate execution of marketing strategy components such as job postings or ad placements, collateral fulfillment and event materials development.

On any given day you might:

  • Execute media plan components such as marketing ad placements and job postings by coordinating with Clients, Design & Communications partners, and/or Vendors.

  • Coordinate photo & video shoots by developing timelines, scheduling Talent/Vendors, and arranging logistics.

  • Assist with end-to-end cycle for development of promotional giveaways that support recruitment strategies.

  • Execute conference strategy components such as securing space and delivering booth collateral to clients.

  • Collaborate closely with Account Manager, Creative Designers, Communication Specialists, and Recruitment Leaders to execute project plans designed to meet the staffing objectives for The Walt Disney Company globally.

  • Prepare consumer research, market intelligence and performance reporting for marketing tactics, as needed.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

  • Prior experience in marketing, promotions, or public relations

  • Proven computer proficiency with Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, as well as the MAC platform

  • Demonstrated strong organizational skills with the ability to work on multiple projects in an efficient manner to meet all deadlines

  • Knowledge of Recruitment Marketing as a business area

  • Proven ability to partner effectively and work in a team environment

  • Demonstrated strong verbal and written communication skills

  • Demonstrated innovative thinking and problem solving skills

  • Ability to act as an influencer who is adept at establishing both external and internal relationships

  • Ability to act as a calculated risk-taker who isn’t afraid to step outside the box

  • Enthusiasm, an eager approach to learning, and a willingness to take on new challenges.

Preferred Qualifications & Skills:

  • Skilled in project management

  • Demonstrated written communication experience

  • Skilled in a communication style that adapts to various audiences such as executives, Casting leadership, client areas, external agencies/ vendors and peers

  • Proficient in InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Keynote and Acrobat

  • Proven knowledge of recruitment marketing or recruitment advertising industry practices

Education:

  • Junior or Senior year preferred

  • Major or previous coursework in Marketing, Public Relations, or closely related field

Eligibility Requirements & Program Information:

  • Be enrolled in an accredited college/university pursuing a degree taking at least one class at time of application OR currently participating in a Disney College Program or Disney Internship.

  • Current Disney Interns, College, International, or Culinary Program Participants:  You may only work for ONE consecutive year (12 months) in any combination of an internship and/or program.  

  • Be at least 18 years of age

  • Possess unrestricted work authorization

Additional Information:

  • Able to work full time (40 hours per week) during traditional business hours for the duration of the internship
  • Able to provide own housing and reliable transportation in the Orlando, FL or Burbank, CA area

The pay rate for this role in California or Florida is $22.50 per hour.
