About the Role & Program:

This intern will be working on the CTV Paid Media team part of the Growth Marketing Disney Streaming team. Our team is responsible for the planning, execution and optimization of user acquisition, user retention and performance marketing campaigns. CTV Team runs paid media ad campaigns for Disney+ and Bundle products in conjunction with device partner teams at Roku, Amazon Fire TV, Samsung, Vizio, LG, and Comcast.

If selected for this role you will report to the Manager, CTV Paid Media. This internship would be working internally + externally with partner teams and will be a full-time, six-month commitment in the New York, NY area from January 2026 - June 2026.

What You Will Do:

The intern will play a critical role in assisting and supporting the planning and execution of our over-the-top/connected TV (OTT/CTV) display & video paid media campaigns across our device partner platforms (Roku, Amazon Fire TV, Samsung, Comcast, LG, Vizio, etc.). You will be exposed to the day-to-day responsibilities of working in the entertainment marketing field, gain an understanding of digital marketing campaign building, project management, internal/external communication, and will receive continuous mentorship from dedicated team members. This is a great opportunity for someone who is passionate about paid media and who wants to be at the forefront of a developing, innovative media channel. You will have the opportunity to collaborate on various projects that support the growth and scale of the streaming business across a wide range of vertices such as marketing, analytics, content, and brand.

  • Assist the Domestic CTV Paid Media team in our paid media planning with several major device partner platforms (Amazon Fire TV, Roku, Samsung, etc)
  • Support execution of CTV campaigns for Disney streaming products to meet or exceed direct key critical metric goals
  • Help report on performance trends and granular insights by partner to internal collaborators
  • Draft creative briefs, and track creative process from proposal through approval and campaign launch
  • Conduct market research to stay up to date with best practices and emerging trends
  • Supporting CTV team in evaluating new, innovative ad products

Required Qualifications & Skills:

We are looking for someone who has a passion for digital marketing, streaming and industry advertising trends. The right candidate will be hardworking, proactive, eager to learn and willing to take on new challenges.

  • Proficiency in basic presentation and analysis tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Google suite)
  • Ability to handle confidential information
  • Ability to take direction from multiple partners, balance numerous projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Well organized, with positive relationship-building and time-management skills
  • Self-starter, highly motivated, positive demeanor with excellent interpersonal and written communication skills
  • Highly analytical approach, resourceful with critical thinking and problem-solving skills

Preferred Qualifications & Skills:

  • Previous internship and/or work experience in an analytical field, preferably in paid media and entertainment
  • Interest in digital and partner marketing and a passion for all things marketing and streaming

Education:

  • Junior or Senior year preferred
  • Pursuing a bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, media or related field

Eligibility Requirements & Program Information: Candidates for this opportunity MUST meet all of the below requirements:

  • Be enrolled in an accredited college/university pursuing a degree taking at least one class at time of application OR currently participating in a Disney College Program or Disney Internship.
  • Current Disney Interns, College, International, or Culinary Program Participants: You may only work for ONE consecutive year (12 months) in any combination of an internship and/or program.
  • Be at least 18 years of age
  • Possess unrestricted work authorization

Additional Information:

  • Able to have a consistent, reliable work schedule throughout the internship
  • Fully available from Monday-Friday, Eastern Standard Time for the duration of the internship, 40 hours each week
  • Able to provide own housing for the duration of the internship program in the New York City area*
  • Able to provide/have reliable transportation to/from work in New York City

The pay rate for this role in New York is $22.50 per hour.
