The Customer Acquisition team is tasked with driving new Disney+ subscriber growth. The team is responsible for the planning, execution and optimization of user acquisition and performance marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate has a passion for the digital media landscape and understands the intricacies and unique attributes of every step in the marketing funnel. The successful candidate will bring a highly analytical, creative, and flexible growth mindset to the role, which will be critical to delivering breakthrough thinking for this channel.
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Paid Media Intern to join our in-house buying team supporting our Direct-to-Consumer (DTC) marketing efforts. This role offers a hands-on opportunity to work with a team of media strategists and buyers who manage campaigns across digital channels including Paid Social, Programmatic Display/Video, Search, and Emerging Platforms. This internship is a full-time, six-month commitment in the New York, New York area from January 2026-June 2026.
The ideal candidate is curious about the digital media landscape, comfortable working with data, and eager to learn how large-scale campaigns are planned, executed, and optimized to drive measurable results.
As our intern you will gain:

What You Will Do:
Assist in the setup, trafficking, and quality assurance of digital media campaigns across various platforms (e.g., Meta, TikTok, YouTube, Programmatic DSPs, Search).
Support campaign monitoring by pulling performance reports, checking pacing, and flagging optimization opportunities.
Conduct competitive and market research to inform media planning and creative strategy.
Help maintain campaign documentation including budgets, creative assets, and reporting dashboards.
Partner with cross-functional teams including Creative, Analytics, and Lifecycle Marketing to support integrated campaign execution.
Stay informed on industry trends, platform updates, and emerging ad formats.
Required Qualifications & Skills:
Strong interest in paid media, digital marketing, and consumer acquisition strategies.
Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets; familiarity with analytics tools is a plus.
Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple tasks.
Education:
Pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, Communications, or a related field.
Eligibility Requirements & Program Information
Candidates for this opportunity MUST meet all of the below requirements:
Be enrolled in an accredited college/university pursuing a degree taking at least one class at time of application posting OR currently participating in a Disney College Program or Disney Internship
Be at least 18 years of age
Possess unrestricted work authorization
Have not completed one year of continual employment on a Disney internship or Disney College Program
Additional Information
Able to have a consistent, reliable work schedule throughout the internship
Able to be fully available from January 2026 through June 2026
Fully available from Monday through Friday for the duration of the internship, 40 hours each week
Able to provide own housing for the duration internship program in the New York, New York area
Able to provide/have reliable transportation to/from work in the New York, New York area

The pay rate for this role in California is $22.50 per hour.
